Here at DK Components all of out flat pack kitchen carcases are manufactured using 18mm melamine faced chipboard with all edges finished. Each has coloured co-ordinated edging on all visible edges. Everyone of out flat packed kitchen carcases utilises 110° clip on hinges except DK Components 9x9 L Shaped corner carcases which utilises the 180° hinge and our splayed carcases which are supplied with 30° hinges.
All DK Components kitchen carcases come with metal cams, quick fit push on pins and wooden dowels for easy assembly. The Indaux wall hanging brackets features a concealed quick fit push lock system. The base carcases are 720mm high and come complete with 150mm legs which are fully adjustable.
They also have an 18mm solid back and are available in high line or drawer line. The drawer line base carcases are drilled for both our drawer box systems which are either Blum Metabox or Blum Tandem Grey Steel. Our wall carcases are supplied with all metal fully adjustable wall hanging brackets, 8mm backs and metal shelf supports. These wall carcases are available in 900mm 720mm and 575mm high the 900 & 720 are supplied with 2 shelves and 1 shelf is supplied in the 575mm high unit. DK Components tall carcases are available in 1825mm, 1970mm and 2150mm heights and come complete with 150mm fully adjustable legs and an 8mm back.
DK Components kitchen carcases have rear recesses on the base units for pipework and other services as do all the wall units.
All carcases are supplied plain boxed in flat pack form and are very easy to assemble. The fact that the boxes are plain enables customers to a fix there own branding should they deem this necessary. There is no reference to DK Components either on the packaging or inside the box thus enabling customers to have and individual own brand kitchen carcase.
Every kitchen order comes complete with full assembly instructions. On average our lead time on order placement to delivery is usually 5 working days with free delivery to most UK destinations the exceptions being Inner London and Northern Ireland & certain parts of Scotland where a small addition charge will be levied.
